There are few days in life that are as truly important as your wedding day. Precisely because of this, it is not surprising that the newlyweds have great demands and high expectations, all with the desire that the day would be perfect and exactly as it was planned. Fortunately for us, when Tina (organization) and Giuli (decoration) get to work, nothing but top results comes into question and all the pressure of that big day almost disappears.

Although we had an idea of what kind of wedding we would like, the girls helped us to define more precisely what we wanted, and then guided us step by step through the entire process of wedding organization, bearing in mind even the smallest details that few would remember and which sometimes was a key to the overall impression of the wedding. In addition, they were always there to answer all our questions, listen to all our wishes and find solutions to all problems. And last, but not least, on the wedding day itself – they made sure that everything was in its place and coordinated everything perfectly, allowing us to fully devote ourselves to each other and carefree enjoy every moment.

Therefore, a big thank you to the entire Lepor team for venture in the organization of this wedding and giving us and our guests a day that we will remember forever.

Special thanks to Tina for her great effort and work, for all her time and nerves and for every sincere advice. Her energy, diligence and dedication to work are contagious and she brings her whole self into every collaboration and strives to build a sincere friendly relationship with every client. From our first meeting, Tina understood the vibe of the weekend; a celebration of our friends and family focused on them and the beautiful venue. We wanted a relaxed, happy and fun feel, and that’s exactly what the team delivered.

During the planning phase she helped at every step of the way, holding our hands over the many back and forth discussions, steering us towards the right vendors (who were all fantastic) and helping us keep budgets down where needed.

Over the weekend, our guests commented on how relaxed we looked. Not only that, we felt totally relaxed! Tina and the team took care of everything, all we had to do was enjoy the weekend with our guests. She even managed to help co-ordinate the surprise 30 person flash mob that our guests had organised for us!

To sum it all up, we really enjoyed working with Tina. We both organise other people and teams for a living, and working with her was like working with a kindred spirit. Thank you!

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner and a better wedding planning team, Samanta the boss, Tina, Agneza and Đuli.

Our favourite little Istrian town, a small Istrian gem called ‘Istrian Hollywood’, was overnight transformed into a beautiful wedding venue.

Every stone, every little corner of the village was used and decorated.

The ‘open tent’, the lights, the decorations, the furniture, millefoglie cake, you name it, it all looked, felt and tasted amazing and was all found , organized and put well together by Samanta and her helpers.

We are so grateful that our special day and our fairy tale wedding came true and beyond happy that a tiny, but a beautiful Istrian village once again justified its Hollywood nickname.

We worked very closely with Tina from Lepor weddings to plan our dream wedding at Villa Polesini in Poreč. From the moment we started liaising with Tina we knew that we were in capable hands and her warmth, professionalism and dedication to her work made the stress and fear of planning a wedding during the peak of a global pandemic a lot easier.

Tina really helped us envisage how our day was going to unfold so we felt nothing but content going into that day, it made the morning of the wedding really enjoyable and seeing the day come to life in front of our eyes was just amazing. The suppliers recommended by Tina were perfect for us, our preferences were genuinely listened to and were fully understood. The result was a day full of fun, laughter, happy tears and lots of dancing by both us and our guests.

Planning a wedding implies many considerations, decisions and sometimes stressful moments – and we are so thankful for Tina and the whole Lepor team for their guidance, recommendations, patience and kindness throughout the whole process! We are both project managers, but still we would have never been able to pull off such a joyful, beautiful and relaxed day without them. Dear Lepor team – thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the professional performance of work, but above all – for the cordial and personal approach to us. In the conversation with our guests, they emphasized human warmth and cordiality, especially of our Tina. I call her “ours” because we clicked with her from the day one and felt like our wedding was her only and most important project.

We had our dream wedding in Croatia in July 2020, and we can honestly say that in the most chaotic of years, the day went as smoothly and stress free as we would have ever hoped.
Having met with Samanta in July 2019, we were immediately drawn to her local knowledge, not being able to take more than 10 steps to a restaurant without another person saying hi to her 🙂, and the teams understanding of what we wanted our day to be like. It was an easy decision to collaborate with the Lepor team.
Samanta was a calming influence on both Laura and I throughout the beginning of 2020, when everyone else seemed to be cancelling weddings, we were constantly reassured and supported with the decisions we were making, and the ultimate decision to proceed with the wedding as planned is in no small part down to her. There is simply no way without Samanta and Tina that the wedding would have gone ahead as planned.
On to the specifics of the day. Everything was flawless, the decorations, the setting, the timings, it was all simply perfect. The persons who the team had recommended for lights, DJ, ceremony, videographer etc were all aligned to the relaxed atmosphere we were looking for and the ladies took complete care of us at every junction.
We had the perfect day and would not change a thing about it, the Lepor team were a huge part of our day and we would not have wanted it any other way 🙂.

Although our wedding was supposed to take place a little bit earlier this year, while we were still not living the „new normal“ kind of life,
Covid made us stop for a moment and postpone the „I do“ and the organization of our wedding for some better days. And those better days came in June 2020. when it all happened in a short period of time.
One sunny day at the end of May, 4 women walked into the Lepor office for a last minute meeting about coordinating and decorating our wedding. There was a lot of laughter, ideas, sharing experiences and wishes. You know when you „click“ with someone in a second? That happened with the Lepor team. From the decoration proposal, communication, realization, coordination – Lepor team was the best choice. Extremely professional team, from the very beginning to the end of our wedding – without a single mistake.
We can’t say enough how satisfied we were with everything – first with you as people, and then with all the decoration that was flawless – just the way we wanted it. You brought peace to the wedding and you also calmed us down in the moments when it was needed. Three warm hearted and kind persons who have a positive effect on you – just what we needed on our wedding day! Our wedding took place at Villa Polesini in July 18,
both my husband and I work in events, we’re very organised and we had planned a small and intimate wedding (70 guests); so at first we thought that we didn’t need a wedding coordinator.
Valamar recommended us to Ivana who initially was just going to provide floristry and decor, though as our plans developed it became clear that having someone locally in Porec with such a depth of experience and local knowledge was actually a necessity we’d overlooked.

Apsolutno sve pohvale za Samantu i njezin tim!

Organizirani, kreativni, fleksibilni i spremni napraviti sve da mladencima osiguraju najljepši dan. Samantu smo angažirali za dekoraciju i odmah je shvatila naše želje i napravila sve da se one i ostvare.
Iako smo zbog vremenskih uvjeta nekoliko puta morali mijenjali koncept/mjesto događanja unutar 24h, Samanta i cure su bile potpuna potpora i bez imalo
stresa (bar da smo mi primijetili) prilagođavali se novonastalim uvjetima – a to je ono što je bitno – ako stvari krenu na gore, da postoji netko tko drži situaciju pod kontrolom.
Međutim, osim same dekoracije, njezin angažman oko koordinacije aktivnosti na sam dan vjenčanja je nešto što je za svaku pohvalu – iako to nije bio dio dogovora, ona je napravila i više nego što je trebala i zaslužila pohvale svih gostiju a ne samo nas.
Ukratko, profesionalan, orijentiran na rezultate te srdačan i zabavan tim!

My husband and I were always dreaming of a wedding abroad

by the sea, in the sunny south, just
enjoying a lovely time with the immediate family and gorgeous Croatian dishes, relaxing and by far
the greatest aim was to say YES to our love in front of the state, the law and the world. With the decision to marry in Croatia, Poreč, a lot of questions came up: how to organise a wedding in another country, how to handle the Croatian language if somebody doesn’t speak English, how to coordinate every small step, so that the wedding day is perfect? In Samanta Janko, Lepor Studio, we found the answer! Uncomplicated, straightforward and very friendly in communication, highly professional organisation, creative ideas from decoration to music/band tips, professional and quick communication via mail and organisation with local companies and partners, from the wedding cake to the wedding menu, photographer etc. And the best of all: Perfect handling of the different companies, partners, music, waiters, staff, etc. on the wedding day itself, so that there was NO work for us left and we could enjoy our wedding day 100% without any stress. We had not been the kind of people who had planned their wedding day from age 6…But if we were it would have been planned exactly the way it happened! It was fairy tale perfect.We got married in Poreč in July. There were so many highlights to our day, but every time we reminisce or tell stories about our wedding day, we always find we end up talking about Samanta and the wonderful job she did to make our day so perfect and fun. We chose Poreč for our wedding because we went on holiday in 2013 and fell in love with the place
and the wonderful local people who would always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. When we were choosing a place to get married it was instantly the first place that came to mind.

Then came the problem… We live in the UK, how on earth can we plan a wedding in Poreč? We searched online for wedding planners and emailed 4 different contacts, all of which we are still waiting to get back to us!!! We decided to get in contact with the venue where we wanted to get married who passed on a few more contact details of wedding planners.
At this point we were not hopeful as we had been waiting weeks for someone to get back to us and were ready to give up hope. We said we would email this last contact and if they do not respond then that would be it. We were absolutely delighted when Samanta responded to our email almost immediately!

Samanta is one of the kindest, loveliest, most organised and hard working people we have ever met. No job or request was ever too much and she will go out of her way to make sure that your day is perfect. Every little detail is thought of. She makes you feel that you are the only couple in the world
who are getting married and we can honestly say that our day would have not been so wonderful and perfect without her. She took care of absolutely everything, which meant we could relax and have the best day of our lives. We wish we could do it all over again! In Samanta we not only had a wedding planner but also a wonderful friend. We have already planned our trip to go back and visit next year. Poreč and Samanta have a huge place in our hearts and we will continue to go back and visit for many years to come.
