This service is for the couple who wants us to take them through the entire wedding-planning process, focus on design and decoration, hand-select a trusted team of creative and kind suppliers, provide unlimited professional advice and manage every detail of the wedding process. On your wedding day our team will manage the entire event from start to finish, making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time and that all your plans go perfectly. We are your details designer, strategy-maker, loyal negotiator, etiquette advisor and supportive confidante throughout your planning journey.

Wedding coordination.

Be free to celebrate your day while we manage everything behind the scenes and style your day the way you dreamed it would be. This service is for couples who have done the planning and design work themselves but are a little worried about the actual day. We’ll start one month before your wedding day, taking down all the details about your wedding, including the expected timings; venue contact information and agreements; supplier details and their duties on the day; and your decoration and styling requirements. We’ll then create and send you a working document that acts as a master for the preparation for your big day.

The week before your wedding, we’ll contact your suppliers and do a final check on the service they are providing for you and their arrival timings and requirements, and clarify timings and instructions.

On your wedding day itself we’ll play the role of fairy godmother, making sure that you and your guests are having a fabulous and memorable time.

Wedding design.

For couples who have the planning taken care of but need help to make things look beautiful, we offer assistance with everything from your overall design and concept to styling what you have envisioned for your wedding day.

We will provide floral design and styling, all the details from the ceremony to the dinner,from photo corner to sweet corner, from centrepieces to bouquets. All the details should flow together to create a holistic design, from the colour scheme, the layout of the venue, candles and other lighting, and the furniture and soft furnishings.
